- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit management, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to the principles of effective altruism and a passion for making a positive impact.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
