Director of GTM Enablement - Remote Leadership Role
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of GTM Enablement to join our innovative team at RemoteHunter. This fully remote position is an exciting opportunity to lead a scalable enablement organization that supports Sales, Customer Success, and broader Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. As the Director of GTM Enablement, you will define the enablement vision, develop repeatable programs to drive performance, and equip customer-facing team members with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the GTM enablement strategy across onboarding, training, content readiness, and ongoing skill development.
- Create scalable programs, frameworks, and operating rhythms to improve consistency and predictability across GTM teams.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to identify performance gaps and build targeted enablement solutions.
- Develop role-based enablement paths to strengthen selling skills and support evolving GTM motions.
- Deliver ongoing training on positioning, messaging, value articulation, competitive differentiation, and product awareness.
- Create systems to improve engagement with prospects and customers and measure readiness through repeatable metrics.
- Own onboarding design and execution for all GTM hires, ensuring rapid ramp to productivity.
- Build structured curriculum to deepen product understanding and align new hires to the GTM motion, narrative, and tools.
- Establish coaching routines and equip frontline managers with playbooks, tools, and insights to drive sales excellence.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to surface performance insights guiding coaching priorities.
- Ensure alignment between Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product for cohesive messaging and launch readiness.
- Maintain communication channels to keep GTM teams informed about product releases, campaigns, and strategic changes.
- Define KPIs and dashboards to measure enablement program effectiveness and guide improvements.
- Track adoption and performance, applying a data-driven approach to refine and scale effective programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement, revenue enablement, or related sales/GTM leadership roles.
- Experience building and scaling enablement programs at high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
- Strong understanding of modern sales practices, buyer journeys, and GTM motions.
- Ability to simplify complex strategy, product capabilities, and market insights into clear guidance.
- Collaborative leader who builds trust across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent facilitator and communicator with strong executive presence.
- Operationally strong and able to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution.
