Director of Commercial Finance - Remote EMEA

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Commercial Finance to join our team remotely in the EMEA region. This role is pivotal as you will be the commercial right hand to the CFO, ensuring that financial governance aligns with our ambitious growth strategies. As a Director of Commercial Finance remote position, you will leverage your expertise to drive financial outcomes that support our global go-to-market initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead commercial governance and serve as Finance’s primary partner to Sales leadership on deal strategy, pricing, and incentive design.
• Chair the global Commission Committee, establishing governance standards and decision frameworks.
• Provide financial guidance on high-impact deals, ensuring alignment with profitability targets and long-term sustainability.
• Act as the CFO’s primary commercial finance partner to the CRO and GTM leadership, bridging sales strategy to financial outcomes.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate deal economics and contribution margins.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within a technology or cloud-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of commercial finance, deal governance, and incentive structures.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales leadership.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial narratives to executive leadership.
