About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Brand Partnerships - Remote to lead our brand partnership initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that align with our marketing goals and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to create impactful campaigns and foster long-term relationships with our partners.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy that aligns with our overall marketing objectives.
  • Identify and engage potential partners, negotiating agreements that deliver mutual value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that leverage partnerships.
  • Analyze partnership performance metrics to evaluate ROI and optimize strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, marketing strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and negotiation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in influencer marketing and social media strategy.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and digital marketing trends.
  • Background in gaming or related industries.
