Digital Transformation Lead - Industrial Operations (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead for Industrial Operations to join our team at Polpharma. In this role, you will drive the digital transformation initiatives that enhance the efficiency of our Industrial Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the Polpharma Digital Strategy.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the Digital Roadmap for Industrial Operations and Quality across Polpharma Generics.
• Co-lead technology pilots within the Transformation Office, ensuring successful evaluation and handover to implementation units.
• Inspire and guide Industrial Operations and Quality Teams in identifying and transforming digital opportunities into actionable projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Digital Lead and IT community to build a modern industrial operations environment.
• Support the development of digital competencies within the teams, promoting operational excellence aligned with our technical culture.
• Ensure alignment of digital solutions with the reference OT architecture and technical standards.
• Collaborate on OT Data Governance and integration models, ensuring data availability and compliance.
• Manage the implementation of digitization programs and projects, ensuring smooth transitions to Project Managers.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of digital solutions for production and quality.
• Experience as a Program Manager or Project Office Head.
• Ability to design operational process changes based on digital opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the financial impacts of digital changes.
• Excellent networking and communication skills with top management.
• Experience in Change Management, Communication, Project Management, AI Industrial solutions, 6-Sigma, and Lean methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Further training in Change Management and Coaching.
• Experience with AI solutions in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with Lean education/training.
