About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. As a Digital Marketing Manager remote, you will lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to drive brand visibility and engagement for a multi-location retail organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that support retail brand initiatives across multiple geographic markets.
  • Develop and manage integrated digital marketing calendars aligned with retail promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Lead social media content development and execution across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Create and manage content strategies that enhance retail awareness, engagement, and traffic across various regions.
  • Own email marketing strategy and execution, including promotional campaigns, lifecycle messaging, and newsletters.
  • Serve as the internal lead for paid digital advertising agencies, ensuring campaigns align with retail objectives.
  • Monitor and report on performance across social media, email, paid ads, and website analytics, using insights to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing manager role, preferably within retail or consumer-focused organizations.
  • Hands-on experience running social media marketing and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of multi-location or multi-market digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, regions, and priorities in a remote environment.
  • Experience working with external paid media agencies and website development partners.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a retail corporate head office with distributed store locations or regional markets.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Exposure to paid digital advertising strategy and optimization.
