DevSecOps Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This DevSecOps Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud security projects, ensuring the integration of security practices within the DevOps process. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement security measures in cloud environments, focusing on AWS and Azure.
• Automate security processes and vulnerability management using tools like Terraform and Docker.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct automated security scanning and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain scripts for security automation and monitoring.
• Provide guidance on security best practices and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer remote or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and practices.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with automated security scanning tools.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in cloud security (AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer).
• Experience with AI security practices.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
