DevOps Software Engineer - Remote Opportunity at Auralis Group

About the Role

We're hiring a DevOps Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team at Auralis Group. This remote DevOps Software Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise clients on meaningful infrastructure challenges. You will be part of a dynamic team that values ownership and innovation, ensuring that you won't just be a ticket-pusher but will own problems end-to-end, from architecture design to production deployment.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure at scale, handling over 10,000 requests per second.
• Build CI/CD pipelines that teams genuinely want to use.
• Make architecture decisions and take responsibility for the outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with client engineering teams to solve complex problems.
• Mentor junior engineers as we grow the US team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Deep expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Experience with container orchestration in production environments (Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
• Familiarity with state management tools like TerraSync Rapid.
• Background in security/compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Relevant certifications are a plus, but practical experience is valued more.
