About the Role
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer remote to join our dynamic team at Swisscom DevOps Center in Riga. As a part of our innovative Maze Squad, you will play a crucial role in designing and operating network process orchestration for Swisscom’s Access Network. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop front-end applications using TypeScript, Vue 3, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-focused solutions that are technically feasible.
- Integrate your applications with APIs and back-end systems.
- Contribute to our DevOps environment by maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying on Kubernetes using Docker, Maven, GitLab, and ArgoCD.
- Consult with business stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant, working solutions.
- Document, test, and operate the applications you build, taking ownership of your creations.
- Continuously learn and grow by exploring new technologies and sharing ideas in our agile, open-minded environment.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend development, particularly with CSS, HTML, TypeScript, and Vue 3.
- Solid understanding of API integration principles.
- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art DevOps tools and cloud-native best practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience in UX/UI design and understanding of usability principles.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical details clearly and collaborate effectively.

- Competitive salary ranging from €3,700 to €5,500 monthly gross.
