About the Role

Join Tether Operations Limited as a Developer Relations P2P - Remote. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the digital finance revolution, working with innovative solutions that empower businesses to integrate reserve-backed tokens across various blockchains. As a Developer Relations P2P, you will engage, educate, and inspire the developer community while advocating for Tether’s technology stack at industry events.

What You'll Do

• Create technical content that educates developers about our products and services.
• Present at public events to showcase Tether’s innovations and engage with the developer community.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers and partners to foster collaboration.
• Support developer onboarding through workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing to align technical storytelling with brand messaging.
• Provide structured feedback loops between developers and internal teams to enhance product development.
• Represent Tether as a credible technical voice in the ecosystem.
• Stay ahead of industry trends relevant to developers and mentor internal teams on effective developer communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience creating technical content that educates developers.
• Experience presenting at public events.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Engagement with developer communities through various platforms.
• Strong understanding of developer experience principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
• Experience with React Native and/or Electron is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications.
• Experience in the fintech industry.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
