Desktop Publisher Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Desktop Publisher Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and formatting documents that are not only visually appealing but also compliant with accessibility standards. As a Desktop Publisher Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various teams to support mission-critical operations.

What You'll Do

• Design and format documents using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ensure all published materials comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with management consulting teams to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Provide technical support for desktop publishing software and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in desktop publishing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with accessibility compliance standards, especially Section 508.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with QuarkXPress and other desktop publishing tools.
• Knowledge of help desk support and incident management.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and monitoring consoles.
