What You'll Do

• Develop and design structural solutions to meet project goals.
• Perform weight analysis to understand the business impact of designs.
• Prepare technical design reports that communicate your findings effectively.
• Bring insights into engineering tools and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Drive communication within cross-functional workgroups to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Understand the overall system role and adapt designs when necessary.
• Assist in managing testing and certification requirements to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Preferred: Successful completion of relevant steel design courses.
