About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Deployment Integration & Readiness Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our solutions within various client environments. Your expertise will drive readiness initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead deployment integration projects, ensuring all phases are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop integration strategies.
  • Utilize your knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure alignment and readiness for deployment.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of integration workflows.
  • Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding process.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for end-users.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in deployment integration or project management.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or ORACLE.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration processes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare technology modernization.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce analytics.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and ETL processes.
