About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Solution Manager to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a Data Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing data-driven projects that enhance customer experience and optimize marketing strategies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and effective data management practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead data management initiatives to improve data accuracy and processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to develop data-driven campaigns and segmentation strategies.
• Utilize tools such as SQL and SPSS for data analysis and reporting.
• Oversee customer onboarding processes and ensure successful implementation of data solutions.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data management or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data management platforms.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in CRM systems and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Nice to Have

• Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and multi-touch attribution (MTA).
• Familiarity with marketing technology strategies and tools.
• Knowledge of luxury branding and storytelling in digital marketing.
