About the Role

We are seeking a Data Research Analysis Manager - Remote to lead our data analysis initiatives. What You'll Do

  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement analytical frameworks that support business objectives and enhance data quality.
  • Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Oversee the development of data visualizations using Tableau to present insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct performance marketing analysis to optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
  • Ensure compliance with data management best practices and maintain data integrity.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields, with a focus on research quality and data management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in consumer finance or healthcare data analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with Web3 and cryptocurrency data analysis is advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with bioinformatics or genomics data.
