About the Role
We are seeking a Data Research Analysis Manager - Remote to lead our data analysis initiatives. In this role, you will oversee a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality data research and analysis that drives strategic decisions. As a Data Research Analysis Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven insights and improve our analytical frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement analytical frameworks that support business objectives and enhance data quality.
- Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Oversee the development of data visualizations using Tableau to present insights effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct performance marketing analysis to optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
- Ensure compliance with data management best practices and maintain data integrity.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields, with a focus on research quality and data management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in consumer finance or healthcare data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with Web3 and cryptocurrency data analysis is advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Experience with bioinformatics or genomics data.
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
