Data Management Summer Intern - Remote

About the Role

We are excited to offer a Data Management Summer Intern - Remote position at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for students actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in clinical research. As a Data Management Summer Intern, you will contribute to the Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium (PCCTC) mission, working remotely and flexibly during the summer months of June to August 2026.

What You'll Do

• Assist in data cleaning and query management to ensure the integrity of clinical trial data.
• Gain exposure to various divisions within the PCCTC, learning from distinguished clinical investigators.
• Participate in data review aspects of clinical research, enhancing your understanding of healthcare careers.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing clinical trials and research initiatives.
• Develop strong communication and collaboration skills while working in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Attention to detail and strong computer skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Interest in clinical research or healthcare is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in data management or clinical research is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or software is a plus.
