What You'll Do

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business strategies.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio.
  • Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic pricing and revenue management.
  • Support product management and marketing teams with data analysis to drive growth strategies.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and reporting.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in B2C SaaS or related industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data management best practices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Figma or UX/UI design is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare administration or quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Databricks or similar data processing platforms.
