What You'll Do

• Support and enhance analytical solutions, working with data, BI tools, and SQL.
• Collaborate with business users to clarify requirements and develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, working with corporate data sources.
• Participate in projects aimed at automating and improving data processing workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and clarify business needs.
• Prepare basic technical documentation for created solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, economics, IT, mathematics, or related fields.
• Relevant work experience of at least 2 years.
• Strong SQL skills: complex queries, optimization, basic procedures.
• Intermediate to advanced BI skills: creating dashboards and data models.
• Basic Python skills (preferred): ETL or automation.
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and logical reasoning.
• Ability to work with data and independently seek solutions.
• Team player with effective communication skills across departments.
• Willingness to grow towards more complex technical tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
• Familiarity with advanced data visualization tools.
