As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our systems, networks, and data from potential security threats. What You'll Do

• Monitor security systems, alerts, and logs to detect potential threats or vulnerabilities.
• Analyze security incidents and support investigation, containment, and remediation efforts.
• Assist in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and compliance teams on security initiatives.
• Prepare security reports, documentation, and incident summaries.
• Stay up to date with emerging threats, tools, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Support security awareness and training initiatives.

Requirements

• 0-4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, SOC operations, or related roles (internships included).
• Understanding of security concepts such as threat detection, incident response, and risk management.
• Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
