About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team at SWARCO. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while providing exceptional support to our national and international clients. As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and finding the best solutions for our clients. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team that values your contributions and promotes a positive work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Independently manage and advise our national and international customers.
  • Handle inquiries and order processing with a high level of responsibility.
  • Address complaints while adhering to the highest service and quality standards.
  • Continuously follow up on offers and proactively communicate with customers.
  • Create tailored offers based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate production orders in collaboration with internal and external interfaces.
  • Actively support logistics and dispatch (material management, shipping, customs, export, documentation).

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience in a similar position within an industrial environment.
  • Good technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Strong customer and service orientation complemented by excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional European language skills (ideally French) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the mobility solutions industry.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Interest in sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
