• Provide direct support to individuals with varied disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum.
• Assist with daily activities and encourage individuals to achieve their personal goals.
• Promote independence and social engagement among residents.
• Offer emotional support to help individuals navigate daily challenges.
• Maintain a safe and homely environment for all residents.

Requirements

• A caring and respectful approach to supporting others.
• Ability to work flexibly and think innovatively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to upholding professional standards, policies, and procedures.
• Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
