In-House Recruiter - Join Our Growing Team
About the Role
We are seeking an In-House Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Labman Automation. As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth journey, helping us fill around 80 new roles this year. This position is based at our headquarters in Stokesley, United Kingdom, and offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours a week.
What You'll Do
- Transform job descriptions into engaging advertisements that attract top talent.
- Post job openings across various platforms, including Breezy, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Run recruitment campaigns targeting both experienced hires and early career candidates.
- Review applications promptly and consistently to maintain a smooth hiring process.
- Conduct initial interviews via Microsoft Teams, asking insightful screening questions, including basic technical queries for engineering roles.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records and pipelines in Breezy ATS.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare interview packs, and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Support graduate and early career assessment centers.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to guide decision-making and track recruitment KPIs.
- Identify patterns and suggest improvements to enhance our hiring processes.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and contribute to wider People & Culture projects as needed.
Requirements
- A few years of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
- Confidence in managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to offer.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience using an ATS, with Breezy being a bonus.
- An interest in engineering or technical roles, or a willingness to learn.

- Boolean search skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
