About the Role
We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Success Executive - German Speaking (Remote) at BizAway. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients while onboarding new corporate clients to ensure they are fully operational on our platform. What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Onboard new corporate clients onto our platform, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Craft high-level onboarding documentation, including user guides, videos, and training materials.
- Identify client growth opportunities and achieve upselling targets to drive revenue.
- Monitor and report on existing and potential threats to maintain our 0% churn rate.
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead to align on goals and performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to create a positive feedback loop that enhances client relationships.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German.
- 1+ year of experience in a B2B account management or customer success role.
- Demonstrated hunger for challenges and eagerness to learn something new every day.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to propose value-creating solutions.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in fast-growing startups.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
