What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the APAC region, providing exceptional support and guidance.

- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or technical support role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience with AI or machine learning technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in the APAC region are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
