What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the APAC region, providing exceptional support and guidance.

  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or technical support role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience with AI or machine learning technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in the APAC region are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
