About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Representative to join our team at Telenet. As a Customer Representative, you will be the direct point of contact for our customers, shaping their experience with Telenet and our digital products. This Customer Representative remote role is crucial in providing the best possible service while utilizing the commercial and digital tools provided to you.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize your empathy and understanding to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve personal and team goals, including customer service KPIs.
  • Share your knowledge of Telenet and BASE products with customers and team members.
  • Make decisions regarding customer files and follow-ups while balancing customer and business value.
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere in our shops, working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to treat customers respectfully.
  • Ability to take initiative and push boundaries in a reliable and social manner.
  • Previous commercial experience is a plus.
  • Empathetic character that helps in quickly gaining customer trust.
  • Logical reasoning and a 'digital first' mindset.
  • Passion for technology and staying updated with the latest telecom innovations.
