Customer Product Engineer - Web3 Developer Support

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Product Engineer to join our team at Alchemy, a leading platform in the Web3 space. This Customer Product Engineer remote role is an exciting opportunity to be the voice of the customer and engage with our vibrant developer community. You will be instrumental in helping developers build exceptional on-chain products while providing them with the support they need.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first technical touchpoint for developers, helping them debug code and navigate our APIs.
• Translate real user pain into insights that shape our product roadmap.
• Surface product gaps and track adoption through data and intuition.
• Onboard and engage new users, guiding them toward activation.
• Build trust with technical teams and business leaders by acting as the voice of the customer.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to create long-term solutions.
• Thrive in ambiguity and help scale successful initiatives.
• Drive customer referrals through excellent support.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles.
• Technical background with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Solidity).
• Comfortable debugging API requests and blockchain-related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in online community settings.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Experience in crypto/Web3 or relevant side projects is a plus.
• Founder experience is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with community engagement in platforms like Discord and Telegram.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and tools.
