About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Lifecycle Director - Remote to lead our customer engagement strategies and enhance customer retention. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing or related fields.
  • Proven track record in developing successful retention strategies and loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is highly desirable.
