About the Role
We are seeking a talented Customer Experience (CX) / Implementations Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Experience (CX) / Implementations Lead, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our products meet their expectations. What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of our AI solutions, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational performance.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to use our products effectively.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, advocating for customer needs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer experience, implementations, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Experience with project management and operational performance improvement.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and software engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Intercom, Gorgias, or similar customer service platforms.
- Knowledge of accounting or finance workflows.
- Background in recruiting or talent acquisition.
