About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care / Technical Support Associate to join our team. This remote opportunity allows you to assist customers across various domains, including hosting, email, and telecom services. As a Customer Care / Technical Support Associate, you will handle queries via chat, email, and voice, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Provide support for domain, hosting, DNS, name servers, SSL, cPanel/Plesk.
  • Troubleshoot issues such as DNS delays, website downtime, WordPress setup, and email failures.
  • Assist customers with device setup, activation, billing, and account concerns.
  • Escalate complex problems while maintaining SLA, compliance, and documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience across chat, email, and voice channels.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with telecom/mobile services is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts.
  • Prior experience in customer support roles is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with IT & Network Engineering.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
  • Certifications in customer service or technical support.
