What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, ensuring a positive experience.

- Redirect sales or training requests to the appropriate team members.
- Gather detailed information for bug reports and prepare summaries for the technical team.
- Document recurring questions to improve the knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate directly with the founders to enhance customer experience.
- Work independently in a remote setup, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is preferred.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling customer inquiries.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other sales tools.
