About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Seasonal Front of House Waiting Staff at Squire's Garden Centres. This role is perfect for those looking to provide exceptional service in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Front of House Waiting Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a delightful dining experience. This position is seasonal, running until the end of July 2026, with shifts every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Identify customer needs through interaction and take appropriate action.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
