Creative Designer (Performance Creatives) - Growth Focused

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer (Performance Creatives) to join Mayflower, a technology company revolutionizing the entertainment industry. As a Creative Designer, you will work remotely to generate innovative ideas and develop performance creatives that drive user acquisition and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Develop growth-focused creative strategies that align with marketing objectives.
• Create performance creatives, including banners, landing pages, videos, and interactive ads.
• Conduct research on industry trends to inspire and inform your creative work.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to evaluate and optimize creative performance.
• Support testing and optimization of creatives through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects to produce high-quality visuals.
• Implement a systematic approach to scaling successful creative solutions.
• Maintain a focus on data-driven decision-making to achieve measurable growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically in performance-driven visuals.
• Strong understanding of hooks and value propositions in visual communication.
• Experience with A/B testing and analytics to evaluate creative effectiveness.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Fluent in English (B2 level) for tasks and documentation.
• Creative mindset with a focus on speed and results.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the entertainment or technology industry.
• Familiarity with user acquisition strategies and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of video production and animation.
