About the Role

We are seeking a talented Conversion Rate Optimization Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in A/B testing, user experience, and data analysis to enhance our digital marketing strategies. As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and improving user engagement across our platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement effective conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other analytics platforms to gather insights and drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to optimize landing pages and user journeys.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates and user engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics platforms.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React and mobile app development.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and NestJS.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and growth hacking techniques.
• Knowledge of user behavior analysis and performance marketing.
