Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates across various industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and recruiting technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.
