European Marketing Director - Remote Opportunity at NiCE

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced European Marketing Director to join our team at NiCE. This remote position is pivotal in driving our regional marketing strategy and execution across Europe, particularly focusing on the DACH, BENELUX, and Nordics regions. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that aligns with global objectives and drives revenue growth.
• Localize corporate campaigns and messaging to resonate with European markets, ensuring marketing plans support revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Manage the regional marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Design and lead high-impact field marketing programs, including executive events, industry conferences, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to align marketing priorities with sales targets and enable sales teams with localized tools and campaigns.
• Own the regional agentic pipeline contribution targets and develop demand generation programs to accelerate qualified opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and advise on pipeline velocity needs, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
• Serve as the primary liaison between European markets and Group/Corporate marketing, providing market feedback to inform global messaging and campaign strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong experience in field marketing and demand generation across European markets.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Deep collaboration experience with Sales leadership and revenue teams.
• Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages, especially German, is a plus.
