About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Consultant Relations Manager to join our team remotely. As a Consultant Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our relationships with consultants and partners in the employee benefits and digital health sectors. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants and partners to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for consultant initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving consultant relations and engagement strategies.
• Implement sales strategies that enhance channel partnerships and drive business development.
• Provide training and resources to consultants to enable them to effectively promote our services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales strategy, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
• Experience in the employee benefits or digital health industry is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve consultant engagement.
• Proficiency in SaaS platforms and software engineering concepts is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with full-stack development or familiarity with Django.
• Previous roles in business development or account management.
• Knowledge of healthcare and digital health solutions.
