What You'll Do

• Assist in the installation, assembly, and finishing of insulated metal panels on commercial and industrial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare work sites by measuring, cutting, and fitting panels to specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, specifically with insulated metal panels.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and panel installation equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
