About the Role
We’re seeking a Commission-Only B2B Sales Development Representative for eCommerce SaaS - Remote to help scale our niche AI chatbot for eCommerce, built exclusively for Zendesk & Shopify. This is a commission-only position where you will have the opportunity to sell a high-demand AI solution that is fully GDPR-compliant with EU integrations. You will receive ready-to-go cold leads and direct Slack support, along with access to real client testimonials. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their B2B sales experience in a dynamic and ambitious environment.
What You'll Do
- Utilize provided cold leads to generate new business opportunities for our AI chatbot solution.
- Engage with potential clients in European countries, focusing on the DACH region.
- Execute a proven sales process that offers high commissions (30% for the first 6 months or 10% lifetime).
- Manage exclusive territories to maximize your sales potential.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solution can enhance their eCommerce operations.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track your progress against targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve the product and sales process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in eCommerce SaaS.
- Proven sales track record is essential.
- Optional: Knowledge of eCommerce operations, Zendesk, and Shopify.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
