About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our culinary team at Miral Experiences. This Commis Chef remote position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to creating extraordinary moments for our guests. As a part of the renowned Miral Group, you will help bring to life some of the world’s most iconic attractions, including Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a senior chef.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Measure and prepare ingredients accurately for various dishes.
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and fryers.
  • Ensure that all food meets quality and presentation standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops for personal development.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Basic hospitality or catering training.
  • A foundation degree in Culinary Arts Management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in food preparation and kitchen organization.
  • Basic cooking skills and knife skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Good working familiarity with kitchen equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with menu planning and stock management.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
