What You'll Do

  • Provide unique, entertaining, and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.
  • Confirm reservations, welcome guests, and encourage them to capture moments and share on social media.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Adhere to Lip Lab standards, operating practices, and GMP guidelines at all times.
  • Represent Lip Lab with a high level of professional conduct, embodying our values and principles.

Requirements

  • Strong background in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye and passion for artistry and color.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a generous spirit.
  • Open weekend availability, including holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift.
  • Occasional lifting of objects weighing 10-50 pounds.
  • Comfortable performing tasks that involve bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
