Clinical Educator for Women's Health - Remote

Are you passionate about teaching, guiding, onboarding, and developing others? We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator for Women's Health to join our team at HUS. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of care provided to our patients and ensuring that our nursing staff is well-prepared to meet the challenges of women's health. As a Clinical Educator for Women's Health, you will be responsible for both clinical nursing duties and educational responsibilities, with a focus on developing the skills of nursing staff in various women's health clinics. In this role, you will work 50% of your time in direct patient care at HUS's Women's Clinic and the remaining 50% in educational capacities across various women's health clinics. Our clinics provide comprehensive care for patients with gynecological issues requiring specialized treatment. You will oversee the onboarding and training of new nursing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide high-quality, evidence-based care. Your responsibilities will include organizing training days, managing onboarding programs, receiving feedback on training effectiveness, and assessing the competency needs of experienced nurses. You will also participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient safety and care quality. The goal of the Clinical Educator role is to support the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based care in alignment with HUS's strategic objectives. As a Clinical Educator, you will ensure that the nursing care provided in our clinics is of the highest quality, impactful, and patient-safe. By engaging in clinical care and patient work, you will deepen your understanding of your specialty area and maintain the required competencies in your role. This is a new position within our units, and we are looking for a motivated professional to help shape this role. We expect you to possess excellent teaching, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude towards change and a flexible, independent work style. In new employment relationships, we adhere to the SOTE agreement's probationary period. The position's salary is €3,418.38/month, with potential experience and other bonuses. A relevant master's degree and suitable experience or a bachelor's degree supplemented with relevant studies and experience, or a vocational degree supplemented with relevant studies and experience. We require vaccination protection against infectious diseases for those working in patient care settings, and health assessments for those working in healthcare units regarding pulmonary tuberculosis.
