About the Role

We are seeking a Client Executive (Life Science) remote to join C3 Risk & Insurance Services. In this role, you will be a thought leader and a key player in our mission to provide exemplary service in the insurance industry. As a Client Executive (Life Science) remote, you will leverage your extensive experience to lead service teams and ensure a seamless client experience.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a technical resource, providing consistency and expertise for the Property & Casualty Department.
  • Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.
  • Guide team members in meeting internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor results.
  • Coordinate all activities on accounts, including preparing and presenting proposals.
  • Participate in client claims reviews and follow up on related claims and coverage matters.
  • Engage in new business development and presentations to enhance client relationships.
  • Lead renewal processes, orchestrating strategy meetings and negotiations with carriers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes, participating in continuing education and events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Client Manager or Client Advisor role.
  • Active unrestricted Property & Casualty Brokers License.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage service teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technology and a quick learner of new tools and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Insurance Designation is a plus.
  • Experience managing Life Science accounts preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced certifications in insurance or risk management.
  • Experience in underwriting and marketing accounts.
  • Strong network within the insurance industry.
