Service Coordinator - Remote Position at MAN Truck & Bus

About the Role

We are hiring a Service Coordinator to join our team at MAN Truck & Bus. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of Europe's leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal and telephone support to our customers in the service area.
• Compile billing documents for repair orders and manage invoicing, including invoice verification.
• Prepare additional charges and credits as necessary.
• Handle warranty and goodwill orders efficiently.
• Support collection efforts and accounts receivable management, including credit checks.
• Maintain time tracking records for employees in the operation.
• Offer administrative and organizational support to the operations manager, workshop supervisors, and service advisors.
• Manage various organizational and administrative tasks, including cash handling.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Several years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and SAP.
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented work style.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High engagement and flexible work readiness.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of service processes and customer support.
