Client Death Case Administrator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Death Case Administrator to join our team in a remote capacity. This role involves analyzing and processing documentation related to inheritance cases, making it a vital position within our operations team. As a Client Death Case Administrator, you will be the internal point of contact for specific inquiries related to client death cases, providing support to client advisors through our internal hotline and messaging system.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and process legitimacy documents in inheritance cases.
• Act as an internal contact for specific inquiries regarding client death cases from client advisors via internal hotline and messaging system.
• Respond to inquiries from notaries, lawyers, inheritance offices, or heirs.
• Conduct research and data adjustments within our banking system.
• Maintain telephone and written communication with authorities, offices, lawyers, and notaries.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent education; career changers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in German and French; any additional national language is a plus.
• Reliable, precise, and efficient work style.
• High risk awareness.
• Enjoy teamwork and collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of important banking regulations and/or legal terminology is advantageous.

• Experience in the financial services sector.
