Chief Revenue Officer - Digital Marketing
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team at Lensa, a leading digital marketing company located in Orlando, Florida. This Chief Revenue Officer remote position will focus on driving revenue growth across multiple business lines in Finance and Legal Operations. As the CRO, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the overall revenue strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
- Own revenue outcomes for various business lines, leading Sales/Intake, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Partner Success, Deal Desk/Pricing, and Revenue Analytics/Forecasting.
- Develop and execute quarterly revenue plans by division, ensuring pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
- Identify and cultivate new partners and channels for revenue generation.
- Enhance sales processes and improve sales pipeline metrics, including increasing close rates and reducing time-to-issue performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to define SQL criteria and revenue goals, conducting daily pacing and quality reviews.
- Partner with internal Finance, Technology, and HR/Compliance teams to align on budgets, recognition, forecasting, and performance management.
- Nurture existing partner relationships while building new ones and represent the company at conferences, with travel estimated at up to 40 days annually.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading digital revenue in complex, partner-driven businesses, with proven success in sales, business development, and revenue operations.
- Expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, negotiations, and executive relationship management.
- Experience in building and scaling teams, with strong recruiting and performance management skills.
- Comfortable operating with clear P&L accountability across multiple lines of business.
Nice to Have
- A license in insurance sales and/or securities (Series 6/7).
- Experience in Insurance Sales or Insurance Marketing Organizations (IMOs).
