Chief Revenue Officer - Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team at Lensa. This Chief Revenue Officer remote position is pivotal in shaping the revenue strategy and execution across multiple business lines in Finance and Legal Operations. The CRO will centralize sales, business development, and revenue operations, while also monetizing partnerships and improving forecasting and cash flow. This role is based in our Orlando, FL office, with a flexible workplace model that includes in-office days to maximize collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Own revenue outcomes for multiple business lines, leading Sales/Intake, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Partner Success.
  • Develop and execute quarterly revenue plans by division, ensuring pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
  • Identify and develop new partners and channels for revenue generation, optimizing asset versus cash mix.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations to define SQL criteria and revenue goals, running daily pacing and quality reviews.
  • Partner with internal Finance, Technology, and HR/Compliance teams to nurture existing relationships and build new partnerships.
  • Manage travel, estimated at up to 40 days annually, to attend conferences and foster partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading digital revenue in complex, partner-driven businesses.
  • Proven delivery across sales, business development, and revenue operations.
  • Expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Strong recruiting and performance management skills, with experience building and scaling teams.
  • Comfortable operating with clear P&L accountability for multiple lines of business.

Nice to Have

  • A license in insurance sales and/or securities (Series 6/7).
  • Experience in Insurance Sales or Insurance Marketing Organizations (IMOs).
