Chief Operating Officer - Remote iGaming Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join Nexus International, a rapidly growing global iGaming brand. This remote COO position offers a unique opportunity to lead our operational strategy as we scale internationally. You will work directly alongside the Founder to build a world-class operational structure that supports our multi-market growth.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and integrate all operational functions across the business, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and profitability.
• Implement structured reporting, accountability, and KPI frameworks to enhance operational performance.
• Align Risk, Payments, Retention, and Casino functions under unified performance standards.
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and regulatory discipline across all operations.
• Drive margin protection and operational efficiency through innovative strategies.
• Improve cross-functional communication and execution speed to enhance overall productivity.
• Oversee international market expansion from an operational standpoint.
• Build scalable organizational structures to support growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a significant Tier-1 operator background.
• Previous experience as a COO, Operations Director, or in a Senior Executive leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling multi-market sportsbook and casino operations effectively.
• Deep understanding of Risk & Trading operations, Payments infrastructure, CRM & retention frameworks, and Compliance structures.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to operate comfortably in high-growth, founder-led environments.
• Tier-1 operator experience is essential for this role.
