About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead our Business Transformation initiatives in a remote capacity. As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, ensuring that our projects align with the strategic goals of the Department of Transport and Planning. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address change impacts across the organization.
• Design and deliver training programs to support the transition to new processes and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead communication efforts to ensure all employees are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in change management or business transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
• Experience with project management tools and software.

Nice to Have

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
• Experience in the transport or logistics industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
