Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will ensure and enhance the health and well-being of our residents by providing direct, routine nursing care and assisting with activities of daily living. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) remote position, you will play a crucial part in delivering quality care and support to our residents.
What You'll Do
- Assist with personal cares including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Measure and record vital signs, weights, and food and fluid intake accurately.
- Deliver meals and assist residents with eating, reporting any difficulties to the charge nurse.
- Support the restorative nursing program, including passive and active range of motion and ambulation.
- Ensure safe transfers using appropriate devices and report any changes in residents' conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Attend nursing meetings and complete required training.
- Represent United Pioneer Home positively in all interactions.
Requirements
- Certification through a state-approved nursing assistant course or enrollment in an approved course.
- Current on the Wisconsin State Registry within 120 days of hire.
- Demonstrated concern for the elderly and ability to treat residents with respect and dignity.
- Strong time management and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and endure physical demands of resident care.

- Experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to changes in bi-weekly work schedules.
