About the Role

Join Abeille Assurances as a Remote Insurance Contract Manager focusing on LCB-FT. In this role, you will be part of a growing company serving over 3 million clients across various insurance segments. As a key player in the Customer Services Department, you will work closely with a team of ten under the guidance of a direct manager. Your contributions will be vital in managing insurance contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.

What You'll Do

• Analyze alerts using AFTERDATA and GNS tools to identify clients needing further investigation.
• Engage with clients and partners to enhance client knowledge and understand the economic justification of their operations.
• Collaborate with other departments within the Customer Services Division to provide insights and explanations.
• Process capital redemption requests and formalize risk analyses for client relationships.
• Update and improve procedures and training materials for the team.
• Contribute to activity reporting and follow-up on insurance premium collections and accounting.

Requirements

• Higher education level (Bac +2/+4) with 5-7 years of experience in managing life insurance contracts.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
